Hello Wild Souls,
I want to share this story because I believe so deeply in how potent the "little things" can be.
I want to keep talking about it because I want to remind you of could be available for you in your own life when you listen to Spirit.
So here is my story.
I was at Hobby Lobby to get a jump ring for a necklace I needed to repair. As I was walking by the decor and picture section, a sign caught my eye and Spirit whispered to me "you need to buy this". It was a painted wreath with the words "forever grateful" written in metal. I looked at it and had the thought. I can't buy this, I don't like signs with writing on them. They are NOT my thing. I looked at the price tag, $50. I technically had the money but did not really want to spend it on this sign. So I put it back and got back on mission. I went on with my day and the sign was on my mind. The next day was Sunday and Hobby Lobby was closed.
On Monday, I woke up and Spirit added it to my to-do list for the day so I ran by to get it and they were sold out. So I thought ha-ha, I guess it wasn't meant to be. A week went by during which I had a couple of very powerful healing sessions. They both were an activation around stepping out of the past/letting go of the past and into a whole new way of doing life. Spirit again reminded me to go get this sign from Hobby Lobby. So I get in the car with the thought, "Let me get this effing sign and get Spirit off my back, geez."
I get the sign section and lock eyes with the sign. I can see there is one left, specifically for me. I pick it up and can feel the energy activation instantly. The past let go of its hold and I saw it like an old photo album, dusty and on the shelf. I was so full of gratitude for all that had lead me here, good, bad and ugly, to this place that I am and to the person that I am. There is so much healing in the small things and to the seemingly unimportant messages from Spirit. I can't help but listen.
